Day Two Dancer Project

Wednesday was day two of on my quest for the body of a dancer. It was a great day.


Here are the details!


Exercise:  30 minutes yoga


Oatmeal, 7 pecans, raisins


2 decaf coffee with half and half

3 rye crisp hearty crackers

Green protein capsules

Salad – with tomato and avocado and carrots

1 ounce buffalo mozzarella

3 rye crisp crackers 

4 ounces chicken (organic none the less)

Cauliflower, tomato and onion in coconut curry

Salad with tomato and carrots

1.5 glasses red wine


Felt great about the food and I am suprised by how my body seems to be fine so far with the decrease in animal protein. Hmmm. We will see how that goes. I have also been standing and sitting and holding my body in accordance to what I learned in Pilates.
