Dear Spammers,

Today I am compelled to write you in response to your repeated inquiry.  I am so sorry that your many requests and offers have gone without response for so long.  In case there has been any question in the past I have a couple of things to share with you:

I have no interest in Viagra no matter how low the price.
I am not looking for a Canadian drug supplier.
I appreciate the stock tips but I have my own sources of information.
I will not be sending money to get you out of the country despite the considerable reward.
I will not be sending you my user name, password or customer access for ANYTHING.
I would love to believe that I have won your lottery but for some reason I am thinking it just isn’t so.

So now we are clear I want to share something with you.  Do you know what it feels like to think you are getting an email from a long lost friend only to open it and find out it was just a spammer using a clever headline? Do you know what it is like to think you are opening an email to respond to someone’s request for help only to find out it is a scam? Do you know what it is like to sort through hundreds of fraudulent, misleading email just to respond to the precious people who want to talk to you? 

Well I do, and not only is it annoying and frustrating I find it sad and disheartening.

So I ask you:

Who are you being in the world that you think it is ok to make money through the deception of others?  What are you selling that the only way someone will respond to your product offering is to pretend you are someone you are not?

What is your relationship to your own value and your ability to create abundance that your business is built on a lie? 

How do you feel about what you are contributing to the planet and humanity?

I do not mean to sound self righteous or overly critical, I just want you to know that you have made an impact in my life.

With the writing of this blog, I declare us complete.  I do not expect a response.

And I request, please, do not send me any further emails.

I have something to tell you. 6 years ago I became a coach because coaching was an incredibly practical way to make life work. It did not require me to believe in anything other than the process. I could be grounded in “reality” and take practical action to get results. 

One of my favorite exercizes SEE BE DO GET (your thoughts lead to your emotions or ways of being – lead to your action - lead to your results) demonstrates how what you focus on comes into your reality and I liked that, I liked the process flow and the practicality.  And so I have practiced it and accomplished and taught others.

Through the years something very interesting has happened.  Through my mental rigor and my commitment to this very practical practice I have been opened up more and more to the miracles that are available in life. I had no intention of finding miracles here – I was taking the path that did not require miracles – and yet, here I am surrounded by miracles and being lead down the path to more.

I share this because I am on a path and I am very excited about where it is leading.  It started as the path to happiness, it has become a path to enlightenment and it just keeps getting more and more fascinating. My promise to you is that I will share with you what I find out on my path and that I will be conscious of putting it in a way that is as clear and accessable as possible. 

I know that not everyone of you is on this path but If you have come to this site and you are still reading then I am guessing that this message has something for you.

I have much to say but that is all for now. In the mean time, I am so grateful for this process and the marvel of this thing called life. Wow! Wow wow wow.

Hi guys! I wanted to share my 2000 character entry to be on Oprah on the show where they discuss the movie "The Secret".  It is a delightful turn of events that brought me to complete this application and I am looking forward to the opportunity to meet Miss O herself!  If you are looking for an adventure, check out her upcomming topics and see if there is anything that was built for you! 

"For 11 years I have practiced “The Secret”, experiencing so many miracles.  However, it was meeting my husband that sealed the deal for me on what is possible through the power of attraction. April 2004 I declared “I will meet the man I am going to marry within the next 12 months.” Then I created the vision of him and wrote it down, 8 pages worth, my heart on the pages. 

“Ahh There you are. I know you when you arrive in my life, sparkling eyes, dark hair, a smile that melts me.  You are very alive, you love to play and have adventures and travel. You love animals and children and you exude warmth.  You are strong enough to embrace me for all I am and to stand your ground and be yourself in my presence. You are my perfect match, in my best interest and what I need for the development of my soul and I am the same for you.”

I marched towards my deadline with absolute confidence, “he’s coming 1st quarter 2005” I would exclaim to everyone.   Dec. 2004, I saw an ad for an internet site with a free personality profile.  How fun!! I jumped on the site, excitedly filling in my answers to get my profile. Next thing I knew, men were showing up in my in-box! January 5th 2005 there he was “Jeff Ohio. Social, likes new people, adventurous. Total match!”

We emailed, started talking. Fell in love. He was everything I had written – EVERYTHING and he was quoting things right off the pages I had written. A country apart, now all that was left was to meet.

We were supposed to meet in February but his cat was sick.

We were supposed to meet in March, but he was sick.

He booked his flight for April 6th.

I was awe struck as I reviewed my goals book. There it was, what I had written only 11 short months before! “I will meet the man I am going to marry by… April 6th 2005.  

I stopped,                 breathed,                cried.  

We were engaged January 1st 2006 and married February 14th.

Today I invited him to watch The Secret.   Today he shared with me this opportunity to write you.

Tonight I saw inspiration in action.  Tonight I saw the wonder of passion, expression and purpose and what Is possible when they converge.  Tonight I saw my husband speak to a room full of people about his commitment to the planet, the climate crisis, and what we can do, and I saw him become.

Jeff was one of 1000 people selected to be part of  The Climate Project, a program which is training select representatives to present slide show from Al Gore’s movie An Inconvenient Truth.  Last weekend we were in Nashville, Jeff was getting his training and I was getting spa treatments .  I saw my husband become part of a community of people who are up to something big. I saw him reengaging in a passion that has had him since he was a teenager. I saw him meeting a man who years before inspired him to get a degree in environmental law. I saw his spark ignite and I knew his life would never be the same.

Tonight he stood in his community as an expert and he was embraced, celebrated and offered overwhelming support.

I am so pleased for him.

I am so proud of him.

I am so excited for what is unfolding for him because life and work lived from passion is all that I could ever hope for him or anyone.

So you may be asking Coach Joelle, where have you been?  Why have you not been blogging? Or, perhaps that is only my own delusions of grandeur.  No matter, I wanted to declare that I am back on the blog. 

You see, I have been thinking about the blog.  I have learned a lot about the blog and there are things you are supposed to do with the blog.  Link to this, reference that, promote this, sell that and you see, all I really want to do on my blog is…. Well….  Blog.

So I have chosen that instead of doing it “right”, or making it “profitable” I am going to blog what I want to blog, sharing my stories, sharing my view of the world and my experience of life just to do so. You may draw insight and inspiration from my writings, new ideas or maybe even a glimpse of yourself.
